Adult Tickets Go on Sale January 1, 2012
When to buy? You can buy tickets for the Parkfield Bluegrass Festival 24 hours a day, 7 days a week...up until 36 hours before the festival starts. After that, you just drive to Parkfield and pay at the gate with cash.
How to buy? Buy either online (see link below) or by calling the ticket hotline at 1 (800) 838-3006 and selecting "1."
What will I get? If you order in time, tickets will be mailed to you. If for some reason you do not have your ticket at festival time, bring your ID and we'll look you up on the list when you arrive at the festival gate.
What about discounts and fees? To receive your $5 discount, show appropriate ID (such as your BMSCC membership card) at the gate.
Brown Paper Tickets, the folks who process your order, will add a small service fee of $.99 + 3.5% to the cost of your ticket.
What if I want to arrive early? Early arrivals may camp at Parkfield for $12 per night. Contact the festival gate...or if you are really early, speak with the BMSCC setup crew at Parkfield.
Is there a trick for buying tickets online? Glad you asked. The key is to click the link below and find the orange "Begin Order" button near the top of the page in the middle.
Before clicking that button, use the drop-down menu directly above to select the first day (for most of us that's "Thu May 10th, 2012 10:00 AM") you want to attend the festival. Then click the "Begin Order" button and you're off and running. If you have any trouble, call the nice folks at 1 (800) 838-3006.
